Objective
The SRC (Sales Resource Center) is the internal call center that handles all customer service calls at StorageMart.
The app used internally received a UI makeover, focusing on hierarchy based on usability.
Outcome
A cleaner, more brand compliant, user-centered app. Much of the functionality remained the same – after discussing with stakeholders and the team lead of the SRC, due to the high-demand and low time of training, we didn’t want a huge learning curve with what the call center reps already was accustomed to.

Facility screen that has been updated for better focus for the call center representatives on what they’re reading.
Cleaner white space allows for easier scanning while on phone calls.
Combined “Top 3 Features, Operational Features, Standard Facility Info, and Parking Info” into tabs and placed “Top 3 Features” first, as a result from shadowing the reps and learning that’s the #1 feature they’ll look at first.
Minimized vertical and horizontal scrolling into vertical scrolling only.

Cleaned up the form UI to be brand standardized

Minor updates to “Clear All” the selections in managers notes (a request from the reps) and a clear CTA for credit card information.
