Everett Hyde Park is a residential property located in Chicago, Illinois – owned by TriCap Residential. Worked closely with the creative director and developer to re-design TriCap’s existing website that’s usable across their multiple properties as template, and give it a brand refresh as well.

Outcome

A templated website that takes into consideration the rental process of the user. The template was applied to all of their other properties in the US. The rebranding resulted in a palette and vibe that better matches the ivy-covered brownstones of Hyde Park.
